There have already been several updates to the Marie Claire masthead since Anne Fulenwider took over as Editor in Chief last September, and the changes haven’t stopped yet.
Jennifer Goldstein has been hired as the magazine’s new Executive Beauty and Health Editor. She comes from Prevention, where she was Beauty Director. Prior to that, Goldstein was Senior Fashion and Beauty Director at Health. She is also a Contributing Editor at Inked magazine.
Goldstein will report to Erin Flaherty, who was promoted to the Beauty and Health Director role last month. Flaherty was a founding editor at Yahoo’s Shine and has also written for The Wall Street Journal, Details, Shape, New York, and Ladies’ Home Journal.
Nina Sterghiou has also been promoted, from Market Director to Style and Market Director. Prior to joining Marie Claire in 2008, she held roles at Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Women’s Wear Daily.
Laura Ferrara has been named Fashion Editor-at-Large at the magazine. She has previously contributed to magazines like Jane, InStyle, and Vogue as a freelance Fashion Editor and was also an Editor at Harper’s Bazaar.
