Article properties (or metadata) in an Adobe Digital Publishing Suite app provide descriptive information about an article and determine how the article will appear in the viewer’s navigation.

Details are input in the Folio Builder panel or later on in the Folio Producer. These properties include Title, Byline, Kicker, Description, Advertisement, Hide From Table of Contents, Smooth Scrolling, Horizontal Swipe Only, and the Table of Contents Preview image.
