Who’s hotter? No question both Instagram and Snapchat are important platforms for content creators focused on reaching Gen Z and millennial audiences. But which is grabbing the most attention—and ad dollars?

Based on an Adweek-commissioned survey by Survata, this week’s infographic pick shines some light on how users ages 13 to 34 feel about the apps and the ads they see on them. It found while a majority of respondents see Snapchat’s features as better and “cooler” than Instagram’s, Facebook-owned Instagram has been playing catch-up this past year, offering popular Snapchat-like functionality such as disappearing stories.
