We’ve all read the staggering statistics regarding the amount of content users read on their mobile devices. Because of this, creating layouts that look good and are legible on those devices is crucial.
To that end, new mobile and tablet presets were added in the New Document dialog in the March 2018 Release of InDesign. When the Mobile intent is selected in either the “legacy” or newer New Document dialog boxes, the presets include newer device sizes for Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Google, and other manufacturers—most notably the iPhone X, iPhone 8, and Google Pixel.
