Susan SpencerSusan Spencer has been appointed Editor in Chief of Hearst’s Woman’s Day. She comes from Time Inc.’s All You, where she was Executive Editor of the women’s magazine.

Previously, Spencer was Deputy Managing Editor for Time Inc. Content Solutions, that company’s marketing services division.

This year, Women’s Day’s is celebrating its 75th year in print.
