Hearst Magazines announced that Joanna Coles will be Cosmopolitan’s new Editor in Chief, following Kate White’s departure in order to focus on her writing career. Coles had served as EIC of Marie Claire since 2006.
Previously, Coles was Executive Editor of More magazine and Articles Editor at New York magazine. She was also recently a mentor on the TV show Project Runway All Stars.
