Managing articles in an Adobe Digital Publishing Suite app is done in the Folio Builder panel. For example, from the panel menu, you can choose to update, rename, and change article properties. You’d choose to update an article when changes have been made to the layout document. Article properties can be defined to set the metadata (title, byline, description) that appears in the app viewer navigation, and can also set smooth scrolling options and the TOC preview.

There are other options available in the Folio Builder panel menu to help manage articles, such as the ability to copy an article to another folio, and rename, delete, and relink articles to source files. The order of articles can also be changed by dragging and dropping articles in the Folio Builder panel.

See Adobe’s Manage Articles page for additional information on managing articles in the Folio Builder panel.
