Of the four major digital ad formats—rich media, video, mobile, and standard banner—which are likely to perform best for your business? That’s the question our Infographic Pick of the Week addresses, highlighting recent research on clickthrough rates (CTR), engagement times and rates, and in-screen impressions.

Not surprisingly, it shows that traditional banner ads lag far behind today’s more dynamic digital formats in terms of CTR, and they come in last in in-screen impressions. But in some categories, such as content related to law, government, and politics, standard banners are still performing well, showing the highest CTR along with high engagement.
