One of several push notification enhancements added to Adobe Digital Publishing Suite is the ability to send a text notification that, when tapped, launches an app and then opens a specified article. This is another way to enhance the reader’s experience and interaction with your app, and to showcase a specific article in a folio. When the Product ID has been selected, only article names that are common across both renditions, iPad and/or iPhone, will be listed in the drop-down article list. For more information regarding push notifications, see Adobe’s Sending Push Notifications With DPS article.
