Based on a recent survey, our pick highlights the roadblocks of this new reality and how industry professionals are dealing with them. One top concern is pace of change, with 44% of respondents saying they worry about their ability to keep up. Others include growing pressure to create more compelling content and better mobile experiences, and to respond to customers in more immediate ways. Key to meeting these challenges, it says, is data utilization and the ability to work across channels effectively.
