Here are some of the latest changes for people in media this past month:

  • Rebecca Alexander was named publisher of Oxford Newsmedia, LLC in Oxford, Mississippi; and Batesville Newsmedia, LLC in Batesville, Mississippi. She most recently served as publisher of the Summerville Communications Inc. in Sommerville, South Carolina.
  • Brendan Monaghan will serve as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer for Tatler Asia Group, the publisher of lifestyle and luxury brands across eight Asian markets. He most recently served as Chief Business Officer of the social-first digital travel brand, Beautiful Destinations.
  • Joe Zee joins Tatler Asia Group as the Global Artistic Director. He is a published author and a sought-after creative director having worked with Yahoo Style, W, and Elle; and he is the executive producer of the Netflix series 7 Days Out.
  • Danica Lo will serve as the Chief Content Officer at Tatler Asia Group. She formerly served as Digital Director at Food & Wine and WWD, as well as Digital Editor-at-Large at Glamour and Executive Editor at Epicurious.
  • Adam Hargis has been promoted to publisher of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. Hargis most recently served as an associate publisher of T.
  • Sarah Moughty was named managing editor at Harvard Business Review. She previously served as the executive director, digital at the public radio program “Marketplace.”
  • Nikki Ogunnaike is taking on the role of deputy fashion editor at GQ. She was previously the Elle.com style director.
  • Zach Seward was promoted to CEO of Quartz. He previously served as chief product officer and executive editor.
  • Jay Lauf will serve as chairman of Quartz. He is a former co-CEO and publisher.
  • Katie Weber was promoted to president of Quartz. She previously held the position of chief commercial officer.
  • Michael Ring was named VP of digital strategy for Access Intelligence, Folio:’s parent company. He formerly served as VP of digital strategy at Endeavor Business Media.
  • Ariel Felix was named executive director of programmatic sales at Bloomberg Media. She most recently served as executive director of programmatic sales at Condé Nast.
  • Liz Vaccariello was named VP/editor-in-chief of Real Simple. She previously held the same position at Parents.
  • Julia Edelstein was named editor-in-chief of Parents. She had been serving as executive editor.
  • Cheryl Brown will serve as executive editor of Health. She was previously EIC of Family Circle.
  • Agnes Chapski has been promoted to VP/group publisher of InStyle, Shape, and Health. She previously served as publisher of InStyle.
  • Daren Mazzucca was named VP/group publisher of Martha Stewart Living, this is in addition to his current role as VP/group publisher at Real Simple.
  • Karla Partilla, VP/publisher of Rachael Ray Every Day, is taking on additional oversight of Allrecipes.
  • Brendan Smyth was named publisher of Health. Most recently, he was publisher of Family Circle.
  • Daphne Kwon has been named chief strategy officer at Meredith. Kwon was previously CFO of Goop.com
  • Maria Jakubek was appointed executive director of sales for People. She previously held the role of publisher at Health.
  • David Ginsberg was named integrated account director at People. He had been publisher of Allrecipes.
  • Lizzie Meier Utt was promoted to eastern advertising director for Real Simple. She previously held the position of sales director.
  • Gabrielle Korn was hired as fashion and culture director for Refinery29. Korn previously served as editor-in-chief of Nylon.
  • Jason Burnett was named executive editor of Allrecipes.com. He previously served as digital director of Flower Magazine.
  • Christopher Beha was appointed editor of Harper’s Magazine. He previously served as executive editor of the magazine.
  • Matt Stevenson was named VP, progress marketing at TIME. He was previously at Condé Nast, where he co-founded the WIRED Brand Lab.
  • Steve Clancy re-joins TIME as senior director, marketing activation. He was most recently the head of Project Management with Episode Four, a New York-based brand experience agency.
  • Mike Duffy was named director of partnerships at TIME. His previous role was at Web Summit, where he served as head of partnerships.
  • Jeff Giles was named executive Hollywood editor for Vanity Fair. He previously served as a VF contributing editor and as a contract writer for The New York Times.
  • Tim Chan was named lifestyle and market editor for Rolling Stone. He was previously a managing editor for Variety, Rolling Stone, SheKnows, StyleCaster, IndieWire, Footwear News and Spy.com.
  • Jesse Ashlock has been named editor, U.S. for Condé Nast Traveler. He was executive editor at Travel + Leisure.
  • Dania Lucero Ortiz has been named fashion and accessories director at Town & Country. She was most recently a contributing editor for Vogue Mexico.
  • Rachel Schallom was named deputy digital editor at Fortune. She was most recently the managing editor at VICE
  • Solana Pyne was named director of enterprise video at The New York Times. She was an executive producer at Quartz.
  • Will Gleason was promoted to editor of Time Out New York. He most recently served as deputy features editor.
