Here are some of the latest changes for people in media this past month:

  • Maria Cristina Bobila was named fashion editor at Nylon. Most recently she held the position of senior editor at Fashionista.
  • Julian Chokkattu was hired as senior associate editor at Wired. He previously served as mobile and wearables editor at Digital Trends magazine.
  • Nicole Ortiz has been promoted to senior editor at Adweek. She was most recently the community editor at Adweek.
  • Peter Davis was named editor in chief at L’Officiel USA. He previously served as the editor in chief of Avenue.
  • Maneet Ahuja was named small business senior editor at Forbes. She was most recently a senior editor for CNBC.
  • Karla Partilla has earned the additional role of VP and publisher of Allrecipes and Rachael Ray Every Day. She was previously publisher of Allrecipes.
  • Kat Stoeffel was named features director at Bustle Digital Group. She was previously the features director at Elle.com.
  • Christina Amoroso is the new executive editor of Bustle. Most recently she worked as an executive lifestyle editor at Cosmopolitan.
  • Kim Johnson Flodin has been promoted to deputy news director, photos and newsgathering for the Associated Press. She is a veteran AP staffer and joined the news service in 2000 as a photographer.
  • Benjamin Landy was named executive editor, digital, for Fast Company. He most recently served as deputy editor of The Hive, Vanity Fair’s multimedia platform for technology, media, politics, and business news.
  • Ezequiel “Zeke” Minaya was named Forbes’ associate editor, CFO and will cover corporate finance and the growing importance and role of chief financial officers. He was most recently a reporter at The Wall Street Journal.
  • Luisa Kroll has been promoted to executive editor at Forbes. She most recently served as the assistant managing editor of Wealth.
  • Rory Evans was named executive editor at Real Simple. She was previously the executive editor of Family Circle.
  • Brendan Smyth was promoted to publisher for Health. Most recently he was the publisher of Family Circle.
  • Lauren Pardee was named associate editor at POPSUGAR. She most recently served as an associate digital editor for Martha Stewart Weddings.
  • Helen Hollyman has been named editor in chief of Thrillist. Most recently she ran her own consulting agency specializing in food, travel, and lifestyle brand strategy.
  • Christiana Lilly was named managing editor of Luxe Interiors + Design magazine.  She was most recently the web editor at Boca magazine.
  • Robert Pozarycki is now the editor in chief of amNewYork. He is also the top editor of The Queens Courier, a Schneps Media publication.
  • Frederick Gabriel is being promoted to publisher and executive editor at Crain’s New York Business. Gabriel is currently the editorial director of Investment News.
  • Candace Braun Davison was named executive editor at PureWow. She most recently served as the deputy editor for House Beautiful.
  • Oliver Staley was promoted to culture and lifestyle editor at Quartz. He most recently served as the deputy finance editor.
  • Jamie Jouning was promoted to chief client officer at Condé Nast International. She previously held the role of CRO.
  • Taly Yaniv joins Condé Nast as SVP of global client services. She most recently served as director of revenue operations in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ann Marinovich was named VP of partnerships for the Midwest and West Coast at TIME. She was previously the SVP of content partnerships and strategy at Forbes Media.
  • Lauren McCarthy was named executive editor at Nylon. She most recently served as digital features director at W magazine.
  • Rachel Kay was appointed vice president of talent at Hearst. Most recently, she served as the global leader of partner talent at McKinsey & Company.
  • Cheryl Brown joins Health as executive editor. She is the former editor-in-chief of Family Circle.
  • Amber Brenza was appointed senior digital editor for Health.com. She previously worked at Women’s Health as health editor.
  • Reginald Williams was named SVP of programming at Condé Nast Entertainment. He most recently served as SVP of music programming at MTV.
  • Lisa MacDonald was promoted to VP, retail sales and business development at TIME. She previously held a similar role at Bauer Media Group USA.
  • Michelle Denhart was named VP, marketing partnerships at TIME. She previously worked at The Player’s Tribune.
  • Danielle McMahan was named chief people officer for academic publisher Wiley. She most recently served as chief human resources officer at York Risk Services Group.
  • Amy Synnott was named executive editor at ELLE. She previously served as executive editor at Harper’s Bazaar.
