National Geographic

In 2006, National Geographic Magazine tapped Technology for Publishing to help streamline a labor-intensive print production workflow. As a result of that partnership, within one year the magazine had shaved three weeks off its production cycle, cut costs and manual labor by reducing the need for paper-based page proofing, and streamlined processes and collaboration across departments.

So it was no surprise that when the National Geographic Magazine creative team began a serious search for a digital publishing solution in 2010, it once again turned to Technology for Publishing for its guidance and expertise. The goal: to produce a digital version of the magazine that incorporated interactive features for a richer reader experience.

Technology for Publishing continues to serve the National Geographic Society as a whole in a number of capacities that help enhance workflow and optimize its abilities to publish content to any platform, at any time.

Find out how Technology for Publishing helped National Geographic Magazine meet their goals.
